Every way your customer wants to pay.

Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, ACH, Cash App Pay, and Buy Now Pay Later (Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay). Cash and check, too. One pay link. One flat 1% + $0.30 platform fee.

  • Daily payouts via Stripe
  • No monthly minimums

One link, every method

Your customer picks. You get paid.

Every invoice gets a secure pay link you can text or email. The customer opens it and picks how they want to pay — card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, ACH bank transfer, Cash App Pay, or Buy Now Pay Later via Affirm / Klarna / Afterpay. You never have to ask 'do you take cards?' again.

  • Credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover)
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay — one-tap checkout
  • PayPal through a connected business account
  • Link (Stripe's saved-card wallet) for repeat customers
  • Every payment confirmed with an automatic receipt

ACH + Buy Now Pay Later

Big jobs. Small fees. Paid in full upfront.

A $10,000 invoice paid by card costs around $290 in processing. The same invoice paid by ACH bank transfer costs about $5. That's a real difference on a big HVAC install or remodel. With Affirm, Klarna, and Afterpay, your customer can split a large invoice into installments — you still get paid in full upfront.

  • ACH bank transfer — 0.8% capped at $5
  • You get paid in full upfront — the provider handles installments
  • Customer picks the split length at checkout
  • Same pay link, no extra setup

Cash, check, and the real world

Record a payment the moment it hits your hand.

Took $340 in cash on a faucet swap? A check on a fence repair? Record it in the app the moment you get it. You can even capture a standalone payment without an invoice and attach it later — everything reconciles in one place, whether the money came in through the pay link or in a wad of twenties.

  • Record cash, check, or bank payments in one tap
  • Standalone payments — capture first, attach to an invoice later
  • Dedicated Collect tab for fast jobsite captures
  • Refunds issued right from the transaction view
  • Receipt auto-generated for every payment, online or offline

Honest fees

1% + $0.30 flat platform fee. No markup games.

We charge a flat 1% + $0.30 platform fee on payments that run through the app — on top of the processor's rate. No hidden monthly minimums. No account fees. No markup on Stripe's rate. And if you'd rather pass the platform fee to your customer at checkout, flip a toggle in Settings and keep 100% of the invoice.

  • Flat 1% + $0.30 platform fee — one of the lowest anywhere
  • Processor fees (Stripe, PayPal) pass through at their actual rate
  • Optional surcharge toggle — pass the fee to the customer*
  • No monthly minimums, no account fees, no annual lock-in
  • Cash and check payments cost nothing to record

*Where permitted by state law and card-network rules. Card surcharges are restricted in some U.S. states; merchants are responsible for compliance.

Cash flow

Money in your bank on Stripe's daily schedule.

Once a payment clears, it rolls into your next Stripe payout — typically in 1-2 business days. You see it in the Transactions tab the moment it lands. Partial payments are tracked automatically, so a customer can pay in pieces and the app keeps amount paid, amount due, and the balance straight.

  • Daily Stripe payouts to your bank account
  • Typically 1-2 business days
  • Partial payments tracked automatically
  • Statement descriptor includes the invoice number — customer recognizes the charge, fewer chargebacks
  • Every payment row-locked so two transactions can't double-apply

Payments FAQ

Common questions on getting paid.

How fast do I see the money?

Stripe pays out daily. Money from yesterday's payments typically lands in your bank account in 1-2 business days.

What's the catch on the 1% + $0.30 fee?

None. It's a flat 1% + $0.30 platform fee on payments that run through the app, on top of the processor's own rate. Cash and check payments cost nothing to record.

Can I accept PayPal?

Yes. Connect a PayPal business account and a PayPal button appears on the pay page next to the Stripe card/Apple Pay/Google Pay button.

How does ACH save my customer money?

A $10,000 invoice paid by card costs around $290 in processing. The same invoice paid by ACH bank transfer costs about $5. The customer sees the savings; you can optionally pass the card fees along at checkout if you'd rather.

Can a customer pay an invoice in pieces?

Yes. Partial payments are tracked automatically — the app shows amount paid, amount due, and flips the status to Partially Paid until the balance clears.
