About

A small, family-owned company out of North Carolina.

Invoice Link is a small, family-owned software company out of North Carolina. We built it for the tradespeople we grew up around — and often, for the ones in our own family.

Where we come from

Our family has worked in the trades for years.

Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, construction — the kind of work that starts early and ends late.

We know what it’s like to watch someone we love sit at the kitchen table at 9 p.m. on a Friday, still writing out invoices, because the software they were using made it harder than it should be.

That’s why we built this. Not because invoicing is interesting. Because the people who actually do the work deserve tools that get out of the way.

How we think about it

A few things we actually believe.

Software should get out of the way.

You shouldn’t need a manual or a training call. If you can text, you can run Invoice Link.

Flat pricing. No surprises.

One price. No per-invoice fees. No “contact sales” tier. You see the whole cost before you sign up.

Small by design.

We’re not venture-backed. No quarterly growth targets. We answer to the people using the app.

Why we’re doing this.

Plenty of invoicing apps exist. Most of them are built for someone sitting behind a desk — not someone running a one-truck operation or managing a crew of five.

We think the people who do the work deserve software that respects their time. That’s it. That’s the whole reason.

Our mission

Every tradesperson deserves to get paid the day the job is done.
