How does property data work?
One tap on a customer profile pulls square footage, beds, baths, year built, and lot size from Rentcast, which aggregates public property records. Works on most U.S. residential addresses.
Is there a limit on the number of customers?
No. Every plan — including Free — has unlimited customers.
Can I import my existing customer list?
Yes. Import from your phone contacts in a few taps. Add address, phone, and email per customer or let the app auto-fill from the contact record.
Does the customer see my personal phone number when I text?
