Cancel your subscription

You can cancel any time. Where you cancel depends on where you subscribed — Apple and Google both require cancellation through their stores, so we can't do it for you on those platforms.

On iPhone or iPad (Apple App Store)

If you subscribed inside the Invoice Link iOS app, your subscription is managed by Apple. You'll need to cancel it in your iPhone's Settings — not inside our app.

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name at the top of the screen.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Find Invoice Link in the list and tap it.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription at the bottom. (If you don't see this button, the subscription is already cancelled and won't renew.)
  6. Confirm. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.

On Android (Google Play)

If you subscribed inside the Invoice Link Android app, your subscription is managed by Google Play. Cancel it from the Play Store app — we can't cancel it from inside Invoice Link.

  1. On your Android phone, open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top-right.
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions Subscriptions.
  4. Tap Invoice Link in the list.
  5. Tap Cancel subscription.
  6. Pick a reason if asked, then confirm. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Through our website (Stripe)

If you subscribed via our website checkout (rather than inside the iOS or Android app), your subscription is handled by Stripe. You can cancel directly from your account or by emailing us — both options work.

Option 1 · Self-serve

  1. Open the Invoice Link mobile app and go to Settings → Subscription.
  2. Tap Manage Subscription — this opens your Stripe billing portal in a browser.
  3. In the portal, click Cancel plan.
  4. Confirm. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period; we won't charge you again.

Option 2 · Email us

Email support@invoicelinkapp.com from the address on your account with "Cancel my subscription" in the subject. We'll cancel within one business day and reply with confirmation.

Include your business name if it's different from the email — speeds up the lookup.

What happens after you cancel

  • Access stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. If you cancel mid-month, you keep PRO until the renewal date.
  • No more charges. Cancellation stops auto-renew immediately.
  • Your data stays. Cancelling the subscription does NOT delete your account. All your invoices, estimates, clients, and history remain accessible — you just can't use PRO features after the period ends.
